Description
Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Transportation, to amend a current contract with Bentley Systems Inc., Exton, PA (originally approved by G&C on 10-31-18, item #51), to provide software maintenance and support for the DOT Computer Aided Design & Drafting System, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price by $378,481.29 from $316,395.62 to $694,876.91, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2024. 100% Other Funds (Agency Class 027 used to reimburse DoIT is 35.01% General, 64.99% Other).
