Authorize the Division of Ports and Harbors to accept and expend $1,450,064 in American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds to cover a portion of the project to rehabilitate the Main Wharf at the Market Street Marine Terminal in Portsmouth and related wetlands mitigation. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 19, 2021.
