Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the amount of $505,000 for the implementation of a sustained pre-disaster natural hazard mitigation program to reduce overall risk to the population and structures. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 19, 2021.
