Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Riverbend Community Health Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2-5-20, item #13), to continue scheduling and performing electroconvulsive therapy consultations for patients of NH Hospital, referred by the Department, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $60,000 from $60,000 to $120,000 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2023. 36% General, 64% Other Funds (Interagency and agency income).
