Authorize to amend a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the Town of Boscawen, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/31/24, Item #108, archived document ), to increase the loan amount by $1,300,000 from $6,500,000 to $7,800,000 for the Sewer Improvement project, under the provision of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds
