Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 3.56 +/- acre parcel of state-owned land with improvements, located on the northerly side of US Route 2 in the Town of Shelburne to William F. Misek for $95,000 plus an $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. (2)Further authorize to compensate Badger Realty from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $5,700 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval.
