Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Modern Protective Coatings Inc., Hudson, NH, for painting of four steel beam bridges along I-93 at three bridge sites in Bethlehem, on the basis of a low bid of $1,366,550. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $68,327.50 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through December 16, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
