Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons LLC d/b/a CWS Fence & Guardrail Co., Andover, NH, for guardrail replacement on NH 49 in District 3, on the basis of a low bid of $1,249,946.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $62,497.33 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
