Authorize to grant funds to the NH Higher Education Loan Corporation, a part of the NH Higher Education Assistance Foundation Network, Concord, NH, in the amount of $50,000 to provide scholarships to public high schools to increase the number of first generation low income students to pursue a college degree. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Other Funds.
