Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively enter into sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated September 30, 2021, for expanded hospital bed and patient care capacity in the State given the projected COVID-19 case increases and fatality rates during the first and second waves of the pandemic for an amount not to exceed $2,973,355.82. Effective January 20, 2020 through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
