Authorize the Division of Procurement and Support Services to enter into a sole source contract amendment with LexisNexis VitalChek Inc., Brentwood, TN (originally approved by G&C on 6-20-18, item #145), for fully supported payment processing services, by increasing the price by $400,000 from $100,000 to $500,000 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2021 to June 30, 2024.
