Authorize to amend the existing contract with the contractor The Alternative Life Center as listed in bold and detailed in letter dated September 12, 2021, to cover additional costs for a court-appointed consultant while the organization undergoes receivership to determine the viability of the organization and to bring in new leadership by increasing the total price by $70,000 from $18,709,274 to $18,779,274 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2022. 100% General Funds.
