Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-7-16, item #6A), to provide physician, clinical and administrative services to meet the specialized health and related clinical and administrative needs of NH residents, by increasing the price by $311,326 from $80,594,711 to $80,906,037, with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2022.
