Authorize to enter into retroactive sole source amendments to existing contracts with the contractors as detailed in letter dated October 5, 2021 (originally approved by G&C on 5-2-18, item #20), for continued provision of substance use disorder prevention and early intervention services for children, from birth through age 10 years old, who are involved with the NH DCYF and their parents and caregivers who have a substance use disorder, by increasing the total price by $4,667,968 from $6,613,352 to #11,281,320 and by extending the completion dates from September 29, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 55% Federal, 29% General, 16% Other Funds.
