Authorize the Bureau of Highway Maintenance to enter into a sole source service agreement with Commercial Driving School LLC, Concord, NH, for the purpose of providing classroom training for Highway Maintainers to prepare for the Commercial Learner’s Permit License test, in the amount of $10,000. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2022. 100% Highway Funds.
