Authorize to accept and expend American Rescue Plan Act funds in the amount of $1,390,723 from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families to provide low-income households with assistance in paying water and wastewater services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 22, 2021.
