Authorize to accept and expend an amount not to exceed $25,075,050 in American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds to provide grants through a program that will deliver funding for youth residential treatment and transitional living facility improvements, reimbursing grant congregate setting. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 22, 2021.
