Authorize to enter into grant agreements without further approval and waive MOP 150, V, A, 6, in an amount not to exceed $6,000,000 in Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act Funding to make awards for the COVID-19 Relief for Shelters Program to eligible existing homeless shelters for costs incurred through December 31, 2021 to accommodate the needs of the population served while mitigating the spread of COVID-19 in accordance with the CDC and NH Division of Public Health guidelines. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
