Authorize to accept and expend federal funds from the US Department of Homeland Security, Port Security Grant Program in the amount of $73,391 for the purpose of purchasing an airboat to assist in carrying out Lead and Support roles under the NH’s Emergency Operations Plan to include waterside security and search and rescue/critical incident response & recovery.
