Authorize to amend a water Infrastructure Improvement for the Nation Act grant agreement with Marlborough Estates, A Condominium, Marlborough, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-22-21, item #11A), for water system capital improvements, by increasing the grant amount by $63,636 from $160,000 to $223,636, and by extending the completion date to January 1, 2023 from January 1, 2022. 55% Federal, 45% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund.
