Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to accept and expend $3,192,099 to American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, for the purpose of improving the NH’s Commercial Driver License participation rates by adding testing sites, personnel, and mobile equipment. (2)Further authorize to establish four full time temporary Licensing Examiner II positions to over the additional CDL program functions. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 22, 2021.
