Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to retroactively continue participation in a memorandum of agreement with the US Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Services, Washington, DC (originally approved by G&C on 4-3-13, item #74), for the purpose of verifying citizenship and immigration status information of non-citizen and naturalized or derived US citizen applicants applying for a NH driver license or non-driver identification card, in the amount of $50,000 which is the anticipated price over the next 5 years. Effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026. 100% Highway Funds.
