Description
Authorize the Division of Risk & Benefits to enter into a contract with Chard, Snyder and Associates LLC, Mason, OH, to provide premium billing and collections administrative services for the State Of NH Employee and Retiree Health Benefit Plan, in an amount not to exceed $139,800. Effective January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024, with the option to renew for two additional years. 42% General, 20% Federal, 3% Enterprise, 14% Highway, 1% Turnpike, 20% Other Funds.
