Authorize, on behalf of the NH Deferred Compensation Commission, to enter into a contract with NFP Retirement Inc., Aliso Viejo, CA, for independent investment advisory and consulting services to the State of NH Public Employees Deferred Compensation Plan, in an amount not to exceed $240,000. Effective upon G&C approval or November 1, 2021, whichever is later, through October 31, 2026. 100% Agency Income.
