Description
TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Kenney, seconded by Councilor Warmington voted to table the request to enter into a real estate services agreement with CBRE Inc., Manchester, NH, to provide real estate consulting, marketing, and brokerage services to the Department with regard to the proposed sale of the Lakes Region Facility in Laconia, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for up to 24 months. 100% General Funds.
