Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the contracts as detailed in letter dated September 14, 2021 (originally approved by G&C on 2-21-18, item #12A), for the provision of case management services and culturally and linguistically appropriate activities for refugees 60 years of age or older to promote community integration, naturalization, health, and mental health by, increasing the total price by $150,000 from $250,000 to $400,000, and by extending the completion dates from September 30, 2021 to September 30, 2023. Effective retroactive to September 29, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
