Authorize to enter into contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated September 8, 2021, to provide services to NH residents who are in dispute regarding their parental rights and responsibilities, including residential rights and responsibilities for their children, with preference given to pro se, unwed parents whose children are receiving public assistance or are potentially at risk of becoming eligible for public assistance, in an amount not to exceed $392,250. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
