Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Tri-County Community Action Program Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-20, item #20), for the provision of Permanent Housing and Supportive Services through the Federal Continuum of Care Program to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price by $128,533 from $127,022 to $255,555 and extending the completion date from October 31, 2021 to October 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
