Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Technical Assistance Collaborative Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 2/3/21, item #6), to continue providing assistance with development and submission of the annual US Department of Housing and Urban Development Continuum of Care Program application, as well as developing a Continuum of Care system and Coordinated Entry System, and conducting general homeless system assessments, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $26,000 from $21,000 to $47,000 and by extending the completion date from November 30, 2021 to November 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
