Authorize to amend existing contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated August 25, 2021 (originally approved by G&C on 11-6-19, item #11), to provide crisis respite services, by exercising contract renewal options, by increasing the total price by $3,376,250 from $5,232,250 to $8,608,500, and by extending the completion dates from September 29, 2021 to September 29, 2022. Effective retroactive to September 29, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
