Authorize to amend existing contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated September 3, 2021, to continue providing Workforce Readiness and Vocational Training Programs for Individuals with Opioid and/or Stimulant Use Disorder, by exercising renewal options, by increasing the total price by $310,000 from $538,936 to $848,936, and by extending the completion dates from September 29, 2021 to September 29, 2022.
