Description
Authorize to enter into a contract agreement with Daniel Hebert Inc., Colebrook, NH, to renovate the kitchen at the Littleton Readiness Center, in an amount not to exceed $267,538. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $40,000 for unforeseen conditions and/or owner-initiated changes for the construction, bringing the total to $307,538. Effective retroactive to September 29, 2021 through May 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
