Authorize the NH State Library to enter into a Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of NH – UNH Library, Durham, NH, to digitize and provide online access to the town reports of 20 NH towns, in the amount of $242,364. Effective retroactive to September 29, 2021 through August 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
