Authorize to retroactively amend an existing subgrant with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch by and through the Administrative Office of the Courts, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 5/18/22, Item #99, archived document ), by extending the end date only from September 30, 2025 to September 30, 2026 with no change to the price limitation of $1,549,646, for the purpose of continuing to validate and improve aspects of the state’s drug court program to ensure its effectiveness in New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
