Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated September 10, 2025, which were originally competitively bid (originally approved 3/27/24, Item #13A, archived document ), for year-round emergency shelter and supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, by increasing the total price limitation by $4,992,282 from $22,135,618 to $27,127,900 with no change to the contract completion dates of June 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 63.14% General Funds, 36.86% Other Funds (Opioid Abatement Trust Funds)
