Authorize the Division for Behavioral Health to enter into a contract with RecoverCab LLC, Laconia, NH, in the amount of $500,000 for the provision of statewide recovery-oriented transportation services. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2026, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. 100% Federal Funds
