Authorize to enter into a real estate services agreement with CBRE Inc., Manchester, NH, to provide real estate consulting, marketing, and brokerage services to the Department with regard to the proposed sale of the Lakes Region Facility in Laconia, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for up to 24 months. 100% General Funds.
