TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Warmington, seconded by Councilor Kenney, voted to table the request of the Division of Risk and Benefits to enter into a contract with Express Scripts Inc., Saint Louis, MO., for the administration of the prescription drug benefits provided to state employees and retirees pursuant to RSA 21-1:30 and, with respect to employees, consistent with state collective bargaining agreements for the period effective January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 42% General, 20% Federal, 3% Enterprise, 14% Highway, 1% Turnpike, 20% Other Funds.
