Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing cooperative project agreement with University of NH, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-13-19, item #9), to continue providing training and technical assistance to community-based organizations and medical providers on harm reduction strategies, by extending the completion date from August 31, 2021 to November 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
