Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic and Housing Stability, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Harrisburg, PA, to implement several necessary enhancements and continued maintenance and operations of the New HEIGHTS system, by increasing the price by $12,827,380 from $101,681,392 to $114,508,772 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. 90.53% Federal, 9.47% General Funds.
