Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Waypoint, Manchester, NH, for the provision of parental assistance services, contingent upon acceptance of the memorandum of understanding from the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Community Collaborations to support the continuation of family focused parenting curriculums for incarcerated men and women participating in the Family Connections Center programs, in the amount of $144,880. Effective retroactive to September 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to 2 years. 100% Transfer from Other Agency (DHHS).
