Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with NH Housing Finance Authority, Bedford, NH, in the amount of $40,000,000 as part of the American Rescue Plan Act Emergency Rental Assistance to fund the NH Emergency Rental Assistance Program, to provide financial assistance to eligible households, not to exceed 18 months, including the payment of rent, rental arrears, utilities and home energy costs, utilities and home energy costs arrears, and other expenses related to housing as allowed by US Treasury to help keep households stably housed. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
