Authorize to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the NH Judicial Branch, in the amount not to exceed $425,000 as part of the Housing Stability Program to help develop a mediation program that helps both landlords and tenants, reduces evictions and increases participation in NH Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
