Informational Item - Pursuant to the provisions of MOP 150 VII, C, the Department of Administrative Services is exercising a provision in our statewide electricity supply contract with Constellation NewEnergy, Inc., to add three accounts to the contract by increasing the price limitation by $1,572.50 from $7,019,464.36 to $7,021,036.86. The existing contract with Constellation New Energy, Inc. allows DAS to add new facilities to the statewide contract which will result in a financial benefit to the State.
