Description
TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Gatsas, seconded by Councilor Wheeler voted to table the request to enter in a contract with Youth Opportunities Upheld, Gardner, MA, to provide behavioral health residential treatment services for children, youth and young adults to stabilize their behavioral health, in an amount not to exceed $4,011,714. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to 6 additional years. 51% General, 49% Federal Funds.
