Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the Resolution entitled “A Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 with respect to the financing and refinancing of educational facilities by the Business Finance Authority for Portsmouth Christian Academy in Dover”. The action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 to determine the $11,500,000 issuance will be within the definition of “Commercial facility”, and the establishment and operation of the Facility will create and preserve employment opportunities directly or indirectly within the State and is of a general benefit to the community as a whole, and will preserve or increase the social or economic prosperity of the State and one or more of its political subdivisions, and will promote the general welfare of the State’s citizens set forth under RSA 162-I:1.
