Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the Resolution entitled “A Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 with respect to the financing of a commercial facility by the Business Finance Authority for the City of Manchester, New Hampshire and the award of an unconditional State Guarantee of up to $13,505,000 of principal of the financing”. The action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 to determine that the project financed will be within the definition of the commercial facility, will create or persevere employment opportunities directly or indirectly within the state, award of the State Guarantee will contribute significantly to the success of the financing, and reasonable and appropriate measures have been taken to minimize the risk of loss to the State.
