Description

Authorize to amend existing contracts listed in bold as detailed in letter dated July 19, 2021, with FIT/NHNH Inc., for the ongoing provision of permanent housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development Federal Continuum of Care Program, by exercising contract renewal options, by increasing the total price by $183,641 from $460,028 to $643,669 and by extending the completion dates upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
