Authorize to accept and expend funds from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, entitled Emergency Grants to Address Mental and Substance Use Disorders During COVID-19, in the amount of $2,853,251. (2)Further authorize to extend one temporary full-time Program Specialist IV, LG 25, responsible for overseeing the implementation of the project activities, internal and external coordination, developing materials, and conducting meetings. Effective upon G&C approval through August 19, 2022. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on August 20, 2021.
