Description
Authorize the Bureau of Fuel Distribution to enter into a contract with E.J. Ward Inc., San Antonio, TX, for the purpose of procurement of SaaS services, upgrading, and updating the Statewide Fuel Distribution System – Fuel Management System, software, hardware, maintenance and development, in the amount of $2,203,724. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028, with an option to extend, for up to 3 additional two-year extension periods up to, but not beyond June 30, 2032. 69% Capital, 31% Highway Funds.
